GroundSource provides sourcing and procurement support services connecting international businesses with manufacturers in Vietnam, including supplier identification, verification, negotiation support, sample coordination, production monitoring, quality inspection coordination and export/shipping coordination.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee that GroundSource will be able to identify suitable manufacturers, provide quotations, or proceed with a project. Each request is assessed individually, and not every product or requirement will be suitable for sourcing from Vietnam.

Commercial Engagements

Any paid engagement with GroundSource, including scope, deliverables and fees, will be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins. Fees may include sourcing, verification, factory visit, procurement management or transaction-based components depending on project scope.

Eligibility

This website and our services are intended for businesses sourcing products in commercial or bulk quantities. GroundSource reserves the right to decline enquiries that fall outside this scope, including individual consumer or single-item purchase requests.

Limitation of Liability

GroundSource acts as a sourcing and procurement facilitator. We are not the manufacturer of any product sourced through our services and are not liable for defects, delays or losses arising from the actions of third-party manufacturers, inspectors or logistics providers, except as otherwise agreed in a signed commercial contract.
